Projects

Your first project is free. Each project after that costs $99 once — a one-time purchase, not a subscription. A project you have paid for stays yours: there is no renewal, no expiry, and nothing that lapses. Everyone you invite to a project is free, with no limit on how many.

AI credit

The AI features are optional and separate from the price of a project. They run on paid models, and you pay only for what you use — every request is metered and its cost shown to you in the app. New accounts get $5 of AI credit when you confirm your email. Beyond that, credit is bought — top up in any of these amounts:

Credit is denominated one-to-one in US dollars — $10 purchased is $10 of usage. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it does not expire. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never touch SiteWorks.

Refunds

AI credit. Email us within 30 days of a purchase and we will refund any credit you have not spent. Credit already consumed on AI requests is not refundable, because the underlying model cost has been incurred. Credit is not redeemable for cash.

Projects. Email us within 30 days and we will refund a project purchase you have not used to open a project. Once it has opened one, that project is permanently yours and the purchase is not refundable.
