SiteViewer is an iPhone and iPad app for reading the drawing set of a SiteWorks project. This page describes what the app collects. It is narrower than the SiteWorks policy, because the app is narrower — it reads drawings and measures them, and does little else.
What the app collects
Your email address. The account you sign in with. SiteViewer has no accounts of its own; it signs you in to the SiteWorks account you already have. Passwords are stored and verified by Supabase Auth and the app never sees them.
Your user ID. Which project member you are, so the app can show the projects you belong to and nothing else.
Measurements you place on a sheet. These are saved to the project so they are still there next time, and so the rest of your team can see them. They are your work product.
All three are linked to your identity, because a drawing set that did not know who you were could not tell whether you are allowed to open it. All three are used only to make the app work.
What the app does not collect
No location, contacts, photo library, health, financial information, browsing history, purchases or diagnostics. There is no analytics, attribution or advertising software in the app at all — no trackers, no ad identifiers, no session replay. Nothing it collects is used to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and nothing is sold.
What is stored on the device
Sheets you open are cached locally so they still open without a signal, along with your session so you are not asked to sign in every time. Deleting the app removes both. Nothing in that cache is sent anywhere except back to your own project.
Who processes data for us
The same processors as SiteWorks, because it is the same project data: Supabase for the database and authentication, and Cloudflare R2 for the drawing files themselves. Apple delivers the app and, if you agree to send them, its crash reports; those go to Apple, not to us.
Children
SiteViewer is a tool for construction professionals. It is not directed at children and collects nothing from them knowingly.
Getting your data, or deleting it
Your account is a SiteWorks account, so deleting it removes it from both products. Email support@siteworks.app from the address you signed up with. Note that drawings and measurements belong to the project rather than to you personally, so work you contributed stays with the project for the team that still needs it — deleting your account removes your access and your identity, not the job's record of itself.
