Support
SiteViewer shows the drawing set from a SiteWorks project on iPhone and iPad. If something is not working, email support@siteworks.app and describe what you were doing when it happened.
What to include in a bug report
The four things that let someone reproduce a problem instead of guessing at it: the device and iOS version, the project name, the sheet number you had open, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot is worth more than a description of a screen.
I cannot sign in
SiteViewer has no accounts of its own. You sign in with your SiteWorks account, and you have to be a member of at least one project — the app reads drawings that a project's office has already uploaded, so there is nothing to show without one. If you have never been invited, ask whoever runs the project to add you; if you have an account but forgot the password, reset it at app.siteworks.app.
I am signed in but there are no drawings
Drawings are uploaded from the web app, not from the phone. If a project is empty here it is because nothing has been published to it yet, or because you are a member of a different project than the one you are expecting. Tap the project name to switch.
My measurements are wrong
A measurement is only as good as the scale it is set against. Set the scale from the sheet's own scale bar before measuring, and set it again on each sheet — a drawing set routinely mixes scales, and a detail sheet is rarely at the same scale as the plan it came from. If a sheet has been printed to a non-standard size the scale bar is still the authority, not the number in the title block.
It stops working when I lose signal
Sheets you have already opened stay on the device and keep opening offline. Sheets you have not opened yet have to be downloaded once. If you know you are heading somewhere without coverage, open the sheets you will need before you go.
Can I mark up a drawing from the phone?
Not yet. SiteViewer displays markup that someone has authored in the SiteWorks web app, and it measures, but it does not create markup. That is a deliberate scope, not a defect.
Deleting your account
Your account belongs to SiteWorks rather than to SiteViewer, so deleting it removes it from both. Email support@siteworks.app from the address you signed up with and say that you want the account deleted. What happens to your data is described on the privacy page.
